2nd Careers in Impact is NOT a weekend course, it is a pathway to leadership roles in the social sector. It is designed to give you sector knowledge, hands-on experience, and placement support to make the transition with confidence.

India’s social sector needs program directors, strategy leads, and operations heads, not just volunteers. These are paid leadership roles that need experienced professionals.

2nd Careers in Impact is a structured 2-month pathway comprising of,

• 2 Months Sector Immersion
• 40 Hours Live Projects
• 6 Months Placement Support

The program aims to bridge the talent gap in mid-to-senior roles in the social sector.

Sudha Srinivasan

Co-founder 2nd Careers, Practice Head at Samyak, ex-CEO – The/Nudge CSI

Sudha made the crossover from corporate to social impact. She has a decade of experience working with startups, civil society organizations and social enterprises across education, public health, and livelihoods.

Akshay Soni

Fmr Managing Partner – The/Nudge CSI, Angel Investor, Equity Research Executive

XLRI alumnus. Investment banker. Akshay built India’s first nonprofit accelerator and the Indian Administrative Fellowship program. He has counselled hundreds of professionals preparing for careers in nonprofits and social enterprises.
