The Career Reinvention Program for Women is a structured program, exclusively for women professionals, looking to extend, pivot or restart careers. With 5 sessions, over 3 focused weeks, it brings together curated sessions on personal branding, financial planning and portfolio careers.
Once registered, participants will receive invites to all 5 sessions.

Open to women across all career stages, the program is free for registered members of 2nd Careers.

The program provides a space to pause, expand your thinking, and plan your next career chapter. Each session targets a specific gap that tends to hold women back during transitions. Taken together, the five sessions build a practical foundation for whatever the next chapter looks like.

A focused introduction to owning your professional narrative, clarifying your strengths, and building a presence that opens doors across roles and sectors. | |
| 2 | May 21, 6 – 7:30pm IST: Financial Confidence by Suresh Sadagopan, MD, Ladder7 Wealth Planners Career transitions come with financial uncertainty, and that uncertainty can hold women back from making a move. This practical session covers financial independence, planning for career transitions, and building long-term security. | |
| 3 | May 26, 6 – 7:30pm IST: OpenClaw Masterclass by Malthi S, Fractional CPO & Founder, SparkProd Consulting This session introduces OpenClaw, the open-source agentic framework everyone’s talking about, showing how women professionals can use emerging technology to supercharge their careers. | |
| 4 | May 28, 6 – 7:30pm IST: Purpose and Impact in partnership with ConnectFor.org For women exploring meaningful work during or after a career transition, this session opens doors to purposeful volunteer and social-sector roles, designed for professionals who want to create real impact. | |
| 5 | June 2, 6 – 7:30pm IST: Ideas to Reality in partnership with SCORE Foundation For women considering entrepreneurship or consulting as their next chapter, this high-energy practical session covers how to shape, position, and pitch a business idea or independent practice with confidence. |
