A pathway is not a course. It’s not a job board.
Each pathway is designed around a specific career direction and helps you make the transition step by step. 2nd Career Pathways are structured programs that help professionals with 15+ years of experience transition into new career directions with clarity, not guesswork. Each pathway comprises of:
- Learning and orientation: You gain a deep understanding of the domain, its landscape, and where experienced professionals add value.
- Peer cohort: You learn alongside experienced professionals who are navigating similar transitions.
- Practical engagement: Depending on the pathway, this could include volunteering, live projects, case studies, or working sessions with practitioners.
- Career support: 2nd Careers helps you connect with relevant opportunities, whether that’s placement into roles, introductions to the right networks, or building your candidacy.
You don’t just learn about a new career direction. You enter it prepared, connected, and with relevant experience already behind you.
