Shanthi Naresh, Sushma Rajagopalan and Sudha Srinivasan are the three founders of 2nd Careers. Shanthi recently retired as a Partner leading the Career line of business at Mercer Consulting India. Sushma is a Venture Capitalist in the US after having led ITC Infotech as its Global CEO, in India. Sudha has over 16 years of experience in the technology sector and another 8 years in building an ecosystem for non-profit start-ups in India, focusing on innovations that improve life on our planet.
Padma Narayanan EVP-Ops & Finance is a founding management team member with over three decades of experience as a Finance leader. She most recently served as Finance Director at Cintra Software and Services Inc., USA.
Ashok is a strategic thought leader with over 36 years of experience in corporate business, channel development, and cross-border operations, known for his leadership and mentoring skills.
We want to bring positive change for individuals over 50 by empowering them to apply their experience and knowledge and engage in their areas of interest. In addition, our goal is to help organizations bridge their talent gaps and develop an inclusive culture by actively engaging with this talent pool.
